Part of a request from 
who wanted Maka, Blair, Liz, and Patty from Soul Eater to be victims of the Vampire.
Having Maka, Blair, Liz and Patty hostage along with Tsubaki, the Vampire was able to have an audience with the current Shinigami. He threatens to slaughter them all if miesters or any ally of them dares to interfere, as long as they stay away from him he will not harm them. Unfortunately without many options and with the lives of three weapons, a miester and a magic cat in the palm of his hands, Death City reluctantly agrees to these terms as long as the vampire keeps his word and stays out of Death City. The deal is made and the Vampire returns to his castle. To celebrate his victory the vampire feasts on his captives, technically not harming them if they don't die, turning them into Thralls. A pretty useful batch of thralls this time for sure, and the vampire had the perfect fit for all of them. Maka would lend her intelligence to the war court, Blair's magical talents would join Mystic Maggie and the others, and the Thompson Twins would join the scouts. The vampire laughs at how perfect this is, but does not forget that death is still constant, whether he got the last laugh on death has yet to be seen.

I gotta wonder, though, even if no one looks for these four, why hasn't anyone looked for the others? Surely anime characters aren't that stupid....
